General Rules

All MNC Marketing Firm’s products are digital designs and are available for immediate download after purchase. They are not refundable or exchangeable. I do not issue refunds or credits. It is your responsibility to check all final designs of MNC Marketing products before each purchase to avoid any duplicate purchases or issues. There are some items in the store that have been previously offered on social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc so it’s MANDATORY to check your designs prior to making any purchases.

Download Policy

 

After you make a purchase, you will be re-directed to your account page which lists the products you purchased and their download links. You will also be emailed an order receipt. To track all of your previous orders and download links just click on the tab orders on the “My Account” page.

Download links for each product are active for 30 days from the date of purchase or 5 download attempts, whichever comes first. Please download and check your purchase within this time frame. For security purposes, the links expire after that time and are not available for downloading.
